Phidi Soepangkat
Founder & CEO
As the Founder of DesktopIP, Mr. Soepangkat will be growing the company’s presence in the US and abroad. Under Mr. Soepangkat’s leadership, DesktopIP launched the world first Secure “Full Service” Virtual Desktop Solution. Bringing with him over 16 years of executive-level software development and large application deployment, Mr. Soepangkat is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.
Rich McCartt
Chief Operating Officer
Our COO is a high-tech veteran of 25+ years in the Computer Industry and has spent most of his career in Product Development for the Banking Industry (First Union/Wachovia), IBM and Lenovo.
As DesktopIP COO, Mr. McCartt is in charge of our Hardware Development/Test and Support Engineering teams. With his development background in both hardware/software, Mr. McCartt is providing innovative leadership to the organization and ultimately to our Satisfied Customers.
Vicky Indra
Chief Technology Officer
Our CISO has a track record of delivering high level security for large scale and complex virtualization.
With over 17 years of experience of leading the delivery of solutions and services in information risk management, IT compliance and network engineering, Mr. Indra is proficient in achieving and maintaining optimal quality and compliance standards through comprehensive security risk assessments.
Mr. Indra holds a Master of Science in Information System majoring in IS Security from Boston University.
Kevin Galloway
Director of Test/Assurance/Support Engineering
As DesktopIP Director of Test/Assurance and Support Engineering, Mr. Galloway, will provide synergy and quality within desktopIP products. Kevin is a liaison with the internal development and operations teams and external business partners, as well as our marketing, sales teams to help ensure a positive customer experience with the DesktopIP technology portfolio.
Kevin has over 25+ years of technical experience in development and support experience ranging from Printers, Network Device Drivers, NAS/SAN Products, and Technical Project Management for IBM Software/Hardware Enterprise based solutions.
